Ethics Office Analyst

Position Objectives:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Ethics, the Ethics & Compliance Program Analyst is responsible for assisting with the development, administration, and implementation of the Company's Business Ethics and Compliance Office's program and processes. Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Assign ethics allegation cases in accordance with predefined criteria.

  • Monitor open ethics allegation cases and follow-up as necessary with cross-functional and global management (e.g. Security, Internal Audit, OGC, Human Resources) to ensure timely and thorough investigations of all ethics allegations.

  • Analyze investigation reports to ensure investigation procedures were thorough and conclusions are supported by adequate evidence.

  • Process ethics allegation closures and responses.

  • Maintain Ethics Office program and case records in accordance with Company record retention policies.

  • Assist with management of Corporate Policies.

  • Develop and analyze ethics metric reports.

  • Provide general ethics program support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple duties in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Demonstrated thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing detailed tasks.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (data analysis), and PowerPoint. Database expertise is a plus.

  • Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in any of the following: compliance, ethics, finance, audit, legal or human resources fields.

  • Corporate investigations experience preferred.

  • Corporate Human Resources experience preferred.
