Estimator/Project Manager For Drywall - Fort Myers, FL

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to manage our Fort Myers office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience using Quickbid and O.S.T software.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Quickbid and O.S.T software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects.
• Strong sales and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for Drywall, Stucco, Metal Framing, Insulation, A.C.T & EIFS.
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
• Provide value engineering suggestions, alternates, or price breakouts as required.
• Communicate verbally or in writing with general contractors.
• Act as a team leader and work well with others.
• Aggressively pursue sales and business development opportunities.
• Report directly to the owner.
• Attend construction events and seminars related to the industry as directed by management.
