As an Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to evaluate bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that competitive quotes are received and analyzed in a timely manner. Estimators also work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. Critical for success are the ability to work independently with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail.

What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field, 1-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
CIPP experience (desired)
Competent with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Must possess a valid driver license with and acceptable driving record
