Area design/fabrication firm is looking for a construction professional to support their construction estimating needs. Will be interfacing with sales, PM’s, contractors, etc. and managing the bid process, working with subcontractors, relationship building, etc.

• Anticipate $80K-90K (+/-), depending on experience
• Projects: will be supporting smaller projects, typically 15-30 at a time ($50-$500K)
• Travel: 20% to project sites as needed- bid walks, etc.
• Reports to VP of Construction
• Annual Salary + Benefits + 401K + PTO

Role:

• Coordinate construction project tasks and support project managers
• Develop and maintain processes for managing project bookings, shipments, project closeout documents, change orders, and subcontractor job schedules
• Assist in managing projects in the ERP system, inspection orders, and sales information
• Support executives with information requests, reporting, and meeting minutes

Seeking:

• 2+ years of Construction Estimating experience preferred
• Ability to support multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Estimating Software
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
