(Will need to move to Midland, MI for this role - company will support relocation)

We are seeking an experienced commercial project estimator for a large general contractor in Michigan that will be focused on the commercial and retail project book of business. Projects include ground up and renovations for grocery stores, churches, retail buildings (hardware stores, car dealerships, banks) ranging between $200k and $50 million. This person will be expected to support current projects and change orders for those bids, and perform conceptual estimates for current projects in bid stage without architectural drawings or blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be able to perform conceptual bids for commercial projects

• 8+ years experience estimating on commercial projects ranging from $200k to $50 million max

• 8+ years experience reading and bidding from new build blueprints and change order requests to current projects for a general contractor

• Must have a strong and confident personality

• 8+ years of estimating experience from a general contractor (not a sub)
