We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimating Supervisor to lead our team of estimators. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a significant impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!What you will do:
- Lead and inspire a team of estimators, managing workflows and driving results.
- Analyze and interpret shop drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for project submittals and provide accurate pricing and quotations.
- Collaborate closely with the project team from the initial design phase to project completion.
- Issue and update quotes, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Review and provide insights on shop drawings and project specifications.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed, showcasing your versatility and leadership skills.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for detail.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction or estimation, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
