YeloSpa NYC is seeking talented, self-motivated and skilled customer focused Esthetician to join our team!
YeloSpa Estheticians are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while providing high quality skincare services and treatments, accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with YeloSpa's established procedures. Improve and update skills through required training programs and continuing education per the State of New York. Cultivate new guest relationships and ensure retention of existing guests. Estheticians must display the highest level of guest service in strict accordance with YeloSpa's standard operating procedures (SOP's). Continually meets and/or exceeds service and retail goals set by Management.

YeloSpa ManagementDuties & Responsibilities:
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Ensure guests feel valued and welcome when they arrive for their appointments, demonstrating exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations
Provide a comprehensive guest consultation in accordance with YeloSpa's policy & procedure, emphasizing customization of skincare and product benefits as well as unique features of YeloSpa
Provide thorough, accurate skincare treatments and services to guests, in accordance with YeloSpa's established SOP's
Demonstrate outstanding customer service while being courteous and attentive to guest needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
Consistently meet and/or exceed service and retail objectives set forth by YeloSpa
Emphasize and recommend a home care regimen per YeloSpa's SOP's
Encourage a healthy maintenance program for the guest to receive the optimal benefits of treatments at YeloSpa
Provide a safe and comfortable space to discuss additional treatments and workshops offered by YeloSpa, supporting YeloSpa's mission
Proactively acquire new customers, maintain guest history via YeloSpas Booking System
Participate in YeloSpa's marketing plans to build current guest loyalty and/or attract new guests
Adhere to dress code set by YeloSpa and maintain personal appearance/cleanliness demonstrating optimal health and wellness
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and YeloSpa's policies and procedures
Stock, maintain, and clean treatments rooms according to SOP's
Participate in all required staff meetings
Participate in all in-house instruction, and education/training classes
Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
Participates in promoting self to build business
Required Experience & Qualifications
Current NY State Esthetician License
Minimum High School Diploma
1-2 years Spa Experience preferred
Customer Service and sales experience
Passion for wellness and spa lifestyle
Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building skills
Proficient in all face and body waxing
2-3 References from prior place of employment
