WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR's values and set a great

• Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized treatments.

• Analyze clients' skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products.

• Provide personalized skincare consultations to assess clients' needs and concerns.

• Perform waxing, threading, and other hair removal treatments as requested by clients.

• Educate clients about skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care and suggest additions to services.

• Keep detailed records of client preferences, skin conditions, and treatment progress.

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and work area.

• Set up, utilize, or operate and clean all equipment in the facial rooms.

• Provide a professional and relaxed facial to all clients.

• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.

• Upsell skincare products and treatments to clients based on their needs.

• Handle client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.

• Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

• Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and professional appearance while on duty.

• Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment.

• Promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Cosmetology & Esthetician license/certification from WA State Department of Licensing.

• Maintain current liability insurance.

• 2 (two) years of proven Esthetician experience (required), preferably in a luxury spa.

• 2 (Two) years of customer service experience.

• Hospitality experience is a plus!

HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL

• Knowledge of spa booking software.

• Knowledge of hospitality industry procedures and standards.

• Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Read, write, and speak English fluently.

• Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.

• Ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Skilled in sales to promote products and services effectively.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Availability

• Ability to work different shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights to support a 24/7 operation.

• Physical

• Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, ascent/descent from stairs, frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and/or prolonged periods of time focusing on tasks. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. May regularly need to lift/ move, push or pull up material or boxes necessary to the job function, with or without assistance.
