We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, experienced Esthetician to join our dynamic

team. The Esthetician Lead Trainer is responsible for delivering training and learning resources

that drive the Face Reality clearing mission.

Position Overview

The Esthetician/Lead Trainer role will play a critical part in shaping the next generation of Face

Reality Estheticians, Trainers and Acne Experts. In this role, you will co-manage and mentor a

team of Clinic Estheticians and deliver top-notch training to our skincare professionals. If you

have a strong background in skincare, are passionate about treating acne, have a love for

coaching and mentoring, then this opportunity is for you. This position is onsite at our Danville

headquarters/Clinic Tuesday - Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and coach performance of Clinic Estheticians and Clinic Trainers

• Deliver engaging and interactive professional instruction on Face Reality products,

treatments, and best practices

• Demonstrate Face Reality treatment protocols by facilitating hands-on practice in a

clinic setting

• Evaluate capabilities of clinic AE's using available tools and observations while providing

the appropriate level of feedback

• Adhere to developed training content and schedules to ensure consistency of training

results

• Collaborate with clinic manager and Education team to support in-center and/or virtual

trainings

• Help to develop peer trainers to ensure coaching is appropriately reinforced to sustain

training effectiveness through actionable follow-up

• Provide advanced skin services to clinic clients

• Work alongside the Education team to implement existing training content, while

providing feedback for optimization from hands-on expertise

• Work with AEST by supporting advanced and/or triaged product and protocol questions,

and to enhance knowledge and hands-on skills

• Represent Face Reality to the highest standard when servicing prospective national

accounts, social media influencers, long lead press and other guests when needed

• Support Product Development team in product evaluations and clinical studies

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, innovations, and Face Reality product

offering

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room and/or educational event

setting

Education And Experience

• California Esthetician license required

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional skincare experience, experience with Face

Reality products and services is a plus

• Minimum 2 years of management/training experience, beauty industry preferred

• Experience coaching and providing feedback to individuals and in a group setting

• Passion for treating acne and a commitment to lifelong learning

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and cross-functional

relationships

• Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook)

• Proficient in Spa Management software (Vagaro, SpaBiz, Millenium, Square)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Passionate about helping others grow and succeed

• Strong knowledge of skincare principles, ingredients, and techniques

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team-oriented environment

• Highly adaptable to an ever-changing work environment

• Ability to support a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings when required

• Available to travel to for tradeshows, prospecting, educational events

Salary: $27-$35 an hour to start plus tips and yearly bonus. We also offer an extensive benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) 3 weeks PTO, generous contributions toward health premiums, 12 company Holidays and employer contribution into 401k plan. This position has growth potential into a level 4 Esthetician Lead Trainer with direct reports.
