Provides leadership for standards-based instructional system for English Language Learners and migrant students, including the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of educational programs.
Collaborates with building principals, staff, parents, central administration and others in supervising the overall ESOL program.
Assists in recruitment, interviewing, and making recommendations for hiring ESOL and migrant staff. Assists in supervision and evaluation of ESOL and migrant staff.
Leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program services including data collection and data analysis.
Develops and oversees the ESOL and migrant budgets.
Communicates regularly with various internal and external publics to develop and maintain a positive school/community relationship.
Locates and secures external resources and monitors their use to provide an optimal educational program.
Meets local, state, and federal requirements for reporting.
Serves as the Title VI (national origin and race) equity coordinator.

Previous Administrative experience preferred. Masters degree in educational administration or related field. Five years experience as an ESOL teacher.
220 day contract.
