Job Summary:

Initiates, executes, and promotes employee safety, health and wellness initiatives within the organization and managing the ESH Management System(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiates, executes and promotes ad hoc employee safety, health and wellness initiatives within the organization and managing the ESH Management System(s)

  • Supports and coordinates with other internal organizational stakeholders (HR/Facilities/Corporate ESH.) for successful implementation of safety, health and environmental initiatives driven by the organization

  • In charge of Regulatory Compliance and OSHA reporting requirements

  • As part of the new-hire organization, Manager will develop and coordinate a training program designed to instruct employees in general about safe work practices and specific instruction regarding work hazards and ergonomics

  • Handles and processes any reported work-related injuries.

  • Developing and maintaining a proactive Return to Work program; coordinating with appropriate staff and insurance representatives to identify and develop suitable temporary limited duty assignments for work related-injured employees to perform during the recovery process

  • Investigates and analyzes work related injury trends within the organization to strategically reduce the number of work-related injuries

  • Advocates EAP program and benefits to employees

  • Evaluates requests for ergonomic evaluations and conducts said evaluations as needed

  • Documenting and communicating findings to Human Resources and other stakeholders as needed

  • Other HR Representative duties as assigned (HR Projects, HR Business Partner, Recruiting)


  • Proven ability to organize, plan, coordinate and multi-task with a high sense of urgency, confidentiality and follow through

  • Able to creatively and successfully develop and market new ESH initiatives to the organization

  • Effective organizational, communication both verbal and written, analytical skills,

  • Strong communications, strategic, training, and motivational management skills

  • Experience writing policy and procedure

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in , Environmental, Safety and Health including Workers Compensation and/or Human Resources experience

  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite

  • Training or public speaking experience

JOB SUMMARY The HVAC Project Sales Representative's objective is to use our sales methodologies to demonstrate Mtech-Icon's value to potential customers and provide them with the correct solution for their facility that will improve their financial and operational performance. This is done through; heavy prospecting and networking in the local market to set first calls, listening to the customer's needs, using our sales process and tools, and closing deals in a timely and professional manner. JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES * Actively seek out new business opportunities by consistently conducting cold call activities, networking opportunities, and first appointments at the decision maker level * Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the client's trust, meeting their objectives, and delivering value added solutions * Perform site surveys and pricing for HVAC equipment and systems * Generate and deliver impactful proposals with professional executive level presentations that lead to signed contracts * Participate in sales and industry training, and converting that training to sales results * Coordinate and cooperate with other members of the operations and sales team in the branch location to ensure the customer's needs are achieved * Track all sales activities in CRM * Perform other duties as assigned; Job duties may be modified at any time * Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate targeted accounts * Create and execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives * Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs * Qualifies prospects, makes effective sales presentations, answers questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner * Develop the potential solutions, estimate and prepare tailored proposals * Surveys mechanical systems to determine repair, modification, and/or replacement requirements to provide prospects with solutions to problems * Provides modification/repair/replacement recommendations and to document these so the customer and the operations department understand what is required * Promptly addresses customer concerns to assure resolution of problems and maintain long-term positive relationships * Builds rapport and productive working relationships with co-workers, customers, vendors, and other outside agents JOB QUALIFICATIONS * Proven track record of business development results including prospecting new business and closing profitable work * High technical knowledge of modern HVAC equipment to include DX and chilled water systems * Able to translate that understanding into proposals and sales that will enhance customer's facility while reducing long-term operating costs * Able to identify problems and propose cost-effective solutions * Competent understanding of mechanical systems EXPERIENCE * HVAC Project Sales experience, preferably in the San Antonio market * Knowledge of applicable codes BENEFITS * Elective Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * Short & Long-term Disability insurance * Company paid Life and AD&D Insurance * 401K Savings plan with company match * Employer HSA contribution * Paid time off Comfort Systems USA San Antonio TX
