Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Escrow Support Processor. This is a 4-month contract to hire opportunity based out of Winter Garden, FL (Onsite).

Required Skills:

Processor, Customer Service Oriented, Escrow, Office Experience, Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills:

Audit, Retail Sales, Adjustments, Easements.

Qualifications:

• Completed High School (Diploma or GED).

• 1-2 years of escrow processing experience preferred.

• Prior FA experience preferred.

• Strong customer service skills; Competent with Microsoft Office; Strong communication skills; Processor; Escrow; Time Management; Self Starter; Office Experience; Team Player; Problem Solver; Clerical; Remediation.

Responsibilities:

• Found typically in centralized processing.

• Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.

• Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.

• Assistance may be required from more experienced team members will vary depending on task complexity.

• Work may be reviewed for new or more complex tasks.

• Provide a wide range of support within a functional area.

• Follow functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed, and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.

• Work is very similar to work performed at the associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge.

• May work on escrow openings and closings.
