Job Summary:
The Escrow Operations Specialist position is responsible for assisting Peapack-Gladstone Bank business clients with training and ongoing inquiries regarding their usage with Peapack-Gladstone Bank's escrow sub accounting system and products.
The Escrow Operations Specialist will become a subject matter expert with all escrow systems and products and will provide technical support to hundreds of business clients. Escrow accounts include but are not limited to IOLTA, IOLA, Municipal, Landlord Tenant, 1031 Exchange, Title Companies, and Attorney Trust accounts.
This cohesive team also serves as a liaison with internal Peapack-Gladstone Bank Bankers, Escrow Sales, Fraud Prevention, and many other internal teams. Professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
Process requests for adding new business clients to the Escrow systems as well as perform maintenance and modifications for existing client accounts on one of Peapack-Gladstone Bank's sub accounting systems.
Provide high quality support for all Escrow accounts and systems (Agiletics online sub accounting system and SilverLake Lease Security).
Collaborate with internal Bankers and Escrow Sales Officers to provide Escrow solutions for business clients.
Communicate and troubleshoot system issues with fellow Escrow Operations team members and Escrow Sales.
Provide business clients with clear and concise training utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or conference calls.
Perform daily system reviews to confirm all client updates and modifications were performed accurately.
Assist with special projects and other duties, as assigned
Communicate with clients and internal personnel with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications
Required
Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of Jack Henry systems such as Silverlake is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills given the high degree of client interaction - i.e. succinct, articulate, polished
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as some experience with general ledger reconciliations.
Must be reliable, organized, and detail focused
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams to manage internal and external client relationships
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Must be able to work in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills required. Teamwork is a must
Ability to review current processes and suggest necessary enhancements
Ability to take the initiative with the daily tasks as well as special projects
Excellent computer skills required with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
