If this sounds like a career for you, apply to be a part of our great team. Tri Pointe Assurance is looking for an energic individual to join our talented group as an Escrow Disburser. Remote locations available in CA, WA, NV, AZ, UT, NC, MD, CO, and TX Position Highlights:

The disburser provides support to the escrow departments by assisting with the disbursement duties of the file after the transaction has closed and funded. Disbursing files received through a centralized work queue within a multi-state organization. Maintaining open lines of communication within closing department and escrow branches regarding questions, follow up, and/or potential issues.

Position Responsibilities: Prepare and generate daily closing list for multi-state division closings. Audit disbursement of all closings for accuracy and regulatory State compliance Initiate potential needs list for files out of compliance.

Disbursement of all funds by following instructions provided on authorization of disbursement received from Escrow Branch. Initiate outgoing wires and checks to appropriate parties within escrow transaction. Daily separate all checks with appropriate invoices and mail closing packages.

Daily scan all disbursement packages in escrow system. Process stop payment, check refunds, HOA/Management check requests. Position Qualifications:
