Reviews,schedules, and processes unclaimed property reporting for the delivery to thestates in accordance with their Unclaimed Property requirements. The teammember will work closely with the other members of the department to ensure thecompletion of all deliverables by internal and State deadlines. Assistsmanagement with routine to moderately complex escheatment research andprocessing.
PositionResponsibilities & Essential Functions:
Files state reports and remits unclaimed property in accordance with staterules, guidelines and best practices
Balances and reconciles reports to discover and resolve any reportingdiscrepancies
Prepares and coordinates printing and mailing of due diligence noticesand posting of required advertising
Provides research assistance to internal/external customers (Clients,Account Executives, Management)
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentand to draw and interpret bar graphs.
