TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Peoria, Illinois, 61637 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse

• Emergency Room Job Specialty: Emergency Room Nursing Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3pm

• 3am, 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years ER experience preferred; at least 1 year of nursing experience and 1 prior travel assignment preferred. License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS (American Heart), ACLS (AHA), ENPC or PALS, TNCC or TNC preferred Must-Have:

• Ability to work in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment

• Experience in handling a wide variety of patient complaints from minor to critically ill Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room

• Handle all types of patients, from newborns to the elderly, with various health issues

• Collaborate with specialized trauma team to care for Level 1 and Level 2 trauma patients after stabilization

• Utilize EPIC ASAP for patient documentation and care tracking

• Attend mandatory EPIC training and complete floor orientation

• Engage in every other weekend and holiday rotations as per shift schedule

• Potential to float to other units as assist-only, without taking a full team

• Adhere to the dress code of tasteful scrubs, allowing solid-colored shirts under scrub tops

• Participate in departmental training and orientation on the first day Additional Information: - Orientation includes EPIC training and two full 12-hour shifts on the floor
