TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ER Holding Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years, or 1 year with travel experience License: NC or Compact license pending is acceptable but must be obtained by the start date. Certifications: BLS and NIH required Must-Have:

• MS/tele experience required

• Telemetry experience preferred

• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias

• Use of rapid response teams

• Blood product administration

• Central line care/management

• Peripheral line care/management

• Nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management

• Isolation precautions Job Description:

• Travel rate available for local travelers if starting before a specified date

• Overflow unit for winter census

• Required attendance for orientation classes, totaling 36 hours in the first week

• No RTO allowed after booking or during the first week

• Target nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:6-7 - Flexible with floating as needed, including potential floating to a sister unit covering ER holding

• Handling of general surgery and medical telemetry/cardiac telemetry patients

• Special procedures include general surgery and surgical procedures

• Experience with systems like Pyxis and EPIC (preferred)

• Navy Blue scrubs are required

• Mandatory flu vaccine unless medically or religiously exempt

• Candidates may need to transition from travel Per Diem roles if applicable

• Open to travel pairs, with the requirement to work on different units
