The ERP Systems Trainer I is an entry-level position for an engaging and effective instructor who can strategically apply adult learning methodologies and latest instructional technology tools to design, develop, deliver, and support Workday and KRONOS education for a collection of roles in a healthcare setting aligned with Overlake Medical Center and Clinics' values, mission and vision.

Accountable for all aspects of the training, including curriculum development for both classroom learning and virtual learning, training environment build, curriculum availability for trainees, instruction, attendance documentation, trainee proficiency assessment, class closure activities, quick reference guides update or development when needed, as well as rounding and providing end-user support.

Collaborates effectively and productively with key stakeholders --Workday and KRONOS application teams, information services team, operational management, end users, vendor staff, third party implementation partners, etc. The ERP Systems Trainer I must demonstrate proficiency in use of Overlake adopted Workday and KRONOS modules and key workflows. The ERP Systems Trainer I is also required to have or quickly earn credentialing in key Workday and KRONOS versions and modules adopted by Overlake Medical Center and Clinics.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or greater is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Must obtain up-to-date Workday and KRONOS credentialing in versions and modules adopted by Overlake.

  • Credentialed in a Workday module, preferably Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance Resource Management is advantageous.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the development, design, facilitation, and implementation of professional training programs for adults required.

  • One year of training experience in healthcare is preferred.

This position is responsible for the configuration, build, testing and validation of all aspects of the new ERP system. The right candidate will understand and support the department workflows in the new ERP system. The IS Systems Analyst will work with interdisciplinary workgroups to accomplish these goals as a team. This person will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support the implementation from the Information Technology perspective. This candidate will participate in current state mapping and future state workflow development, data migration, application review, application testing, issues resolution, integrations, reporting implementation, training and ongoing support activities. Upon the completion of system implementation the IS Systems Analyst will support the ERP System, rotate call, and take on other team responsibilities. Qualifications: IS Systems Analyst: * Associate's degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. * Three years' experience with systems implementation and support required. Previous experience in an acute care hospital preferred. Experience with MS Access, SQL server, and/or EMR/EHR administrative, clinical, and financial systems is also preferred. * Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse personalities. Excellent oral and written skills. * Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines. Proven ability to motivate users. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Experience supporting Clinical Applications in a hospital setting is highly preferred. IS Senior Systems Analyst: * Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. * Five years' of experience as an analyst supporting applications, assisting with system implementations, upgrades, and project management is required. Previous experience in an acute care hospital preferred. Experience with MS Access, SQL server, and/or EMR/EHR administrative, clinical, and financial systems is also preferred. * Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse personalities. Excellent oral and written skills. * Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. Proven ability to motivate users. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. * Experience supporting Clinical Applications in a hospital setting is highly preferred.
