This role is responsible for account management and supporting business stakeholders in a CSI/Syteline10 multi-tenant environment, as well as supporting incident management, new implementations, and ERP upgrade projects.

We are looking for a skilled individual that is excited to be a part of changing how the world views our most critical resource - Water.


  • Assist in the design and implementation of new or modified system functionality to CSI10, and oversee auditing, and reporting in accordance with company policies, requirements, and strategic objectives.

  • Team player who supports other developers with solving bugs in applications and developing new concepts for designs and features by suggesting new functionality and changes to applications in CSI10 ERP.

  • Support of CSI10 ERP transformation/upgrade Project to multi-tenant cloud as required

  • Analyze, design, test and implement application software in support of business initiatives.

  • Prepare related technical documentation.

  • Evaluate user reported issues and work with other team members to resolve.

  • Become familiar with business processes and assess business activities performed globally to determine proposed solutions and potential impact.

  • Ensure integrity and validity of data extracted from applications.

  • Assist with implementation of CSI for new sites including importing data from legacy systems, testing, and validation

  • Develop test plans; perform testing per approved plans and coordinate end user testing activity

  • Testing of vendor software patches and upgrades on a regular basis

  • Support interfaces to external applications such as financial packages, tax systems, and banking interfaces with CSI10.


  • Support of Infor OS: Ming.le, ION Workflows, Homepages, IDM, IFS, and Factory Track preferred

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP processes/functionality

  • Recommend and test integration strategies and solutions

  • Working knowledge of relational database design and concepts

  • Proven experience or demonstrated capability in working in IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments

  • Experience in role requiring attention to detail, analysis, and problem-solving skills

  • Solid background with design and testing of various software applications

  • Strong conceptual knowledge of multi-site environments, analysis, and system administration

  • Proven record with previous successful ERP implementations


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; seven to ten years directly related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years working with Manufacturing, Shop Floor Operations, Material Planning/Sourcing, Finance, Project Management processes preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years supporting ERP solutions preferably with Infor CSI V10

  • Background collaborating with global development teams


  • Experience working with multi-tenant cloud/SaaS environments

  • Background in a global manufacturing environment

  • Highly motivated individual with an innovative approach to researching issues and solutions independently

  • Advanced knowledge of business operations and processes, ability to execute tactically

  • Ability to work in a professional environment with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment to deliver products/services

  • A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

  • Understanding of software development best practices and system architectures

  • Strengths in problem-solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with both internal and external partners.

  • Strong time management, planning skills and sense of priorities.
