The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production support of Oracle EBS applications for Internal customers, assesses the criticality of reported issues and routes them to the appropriate team, and works to find the balance between meeting evolving business needs and customization of seeded functions of Oracle systems.
Responsibilities:
Oversees and coordinates activities of ERP Analysts at RSC, RSPEL, and RSTS to ensure consistent, positive user experience.
Manages the ERP Ticket Board for all production issues across iStore, EBS, SOA, VCP, and integration points and services tickets on the same.
Supervises the software development lifecycle for changes in the Oracle environment as tracked in Jira and services tickets on the same.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and teammate needs to deliver continuous improvement.
Acts as a SQL and PL/SQL developer-creates novel, deployable code alongside extensions to and re-writes of existing custom code.
Acts as an ERP Analyst, Interfacing with business users and third-party support to resolve production and project-related issues.
Management of Application Object Library and similar items (Responsibilities, Forms, Flex Fields, Concurrent Programs, Workflows etc.)
Development and maintenance of the above using tools including Oracle Forms and Reports Developer, Oracle Workflow Developer, etc.
Execution of ad hoc quick dives into the database to deliver answers to questions posed by the business.
Advocates for native system functionality and industry best practices, seeks to pay down existing technical debt, but understands necessity for customization.
Manages basic security of the Oracle instance, attempting to ensure that as little system access is granted as is needed to perform business functions.
Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and focused on deliverable goals
Must have 5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications
Must experience within Oracles SCM modules
Must have 5+ years of experience in SQL, PL/SOL, and the Oracle Database
Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from an accredited institution
Must demonstrate the ability to break down complex tasks into smaller goals, both for troubleshooting of issues and development of solutions
Must demonstrate the ability to gather and integrate complex business requirements to generate holistic proposals for a desired solution
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively converse with end users, business managers, technical developers, and representatives of third-party companies
