ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to join our Accounting team. This position will provide subject matter expertise on the technical capabilities and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality as well as internal systems for the order to cash process. They will provide technical expertise and guidance to IT staff and business users on enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive and self-directed, with the ability to come up to speed on complex concepts with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with estimating work efforts required for each phase of a project.

• Configure, test, and document dashboards, reports, and underlying data models to meet functional design and specifications.

• Develop architecture roadmap for enterprise reporting solutions and developing rollout and migration plans.

• Document requirements, end-to-end processes, and conceptual design.

• Gather and document functional and business requirements and translate them into a solution design and specific requirements, ensure the solution has alignment to the use cases and provides maximum solution value, and is within the scope of the order to cash process.

• Manage Architecture roadmap for the transformation journey.

• Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for the order to cash process.

• Produce target state solution architectures, perform architectural assessment, and gap analysis and help formulate the overall solution strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering-related field

• 8+ years of progressive experience.

• Ability to breakdown complex information to simple solution requirements.

• Ability to demonstrate experience with data analysis and data manipulation.

• Basic programming skills and data analytics, e.g. HTML, SQL, Excel, Access, Business Objects, etc.

• Experience in design and implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects and delivering solution architectures.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment.

• Competent with SaaS application software implementation best practices.

• Experience leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context.

• Experience with AWS.

• Experience with data dictionaries, data analysis and relational databases.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global, collaborative team environment.

• Skilled at working with large data sets, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering-related field

• Specialization in enterprise reporting solutions.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Advanced SQL skills.
