Michigan Milk Producers Association is actively interviewing for an ERP Functional Analyst to join our Information Technology Department in our Novi, MI Headquarters.
The primary focus for this role will be providing technical support and documenting process related to MMPA's business systems (Primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations). The focus of the role will vary based on the candidate's experience within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365), with an emphasis either on supply chain or financial activities. This position will gather business requirements for upcoming software integrations and extensions as well as contribute to gap analysis related activities for both current and future acquisitions. A dedication to knowledge transfers through end-user training is paramount to the success of this position.

The Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) - established in 1916 - is a dairy farmer-owned and operated milk marketing cooperative and dairy processor. As the 10th largest dairy cooperative in the U.S., MMPA serves dairy farmers throughout Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Indiana, employing approximately 625 people in four states. In addition to a cheese plant in Indiana called the Middlebury Cheese Company, and a dairy product plant in Ohio called Superior Dairy, MMPA operates two SQF Level 3 dairy ingredient plants in Michigan. Products made at MMPA's plants include fluid milk, cheese, ultra-filtered milk, ice cream, butter, nonfat dry milk, cream, and condensed skim milk.

Job Responsibilities:
Track, support, and troubleshoot user issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
This can occasionally include night and weekend incidents
Work with end users to identify and offer suggestions on potential targets for software development and process improvements
Write functional requirements for system modifications and improvements
Configure modules within D365 to fit expanding and evolving business processes
Write test scripts for, and assist with, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system modifications
Help curate training materials and provide continuing education to D365 end users, typically in one-on-one scenarios
Assist with user access and permissions modifications within Dynamics 365
Assist with gap/fit analysis for new acquisitions and legacy software sunsetting
Assist with and, on occasion, create Power-BI reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, supply chain, finance, or business
Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Prefer 5-year experience supporting supply chain or financial processes
2 or more years' experience documenting functional requirements, work flow, and/or translating business/functional requirements to technical specifications for system improvements
