  • Train users on the SAP SD, MM and PP processes

  • Maintain master data

  • Maintain sales, costs, profit and pricing reports in SAP

  • Report monthly/yearly inventory and invoice reconciliation

  • Analyze and report unit cost variances

  • Support end users on a variety of issues, identify and resolve technical problems

  • Ordering and setup of local PC's and Printers

  • Negotiate and maintain telephone, internet, office/IT equipment leases and contracts

  • Onsite Key User to support Project Managers on implementations

  • Maintain Sharepoints site

Technical skills:

  • SAP R/3 (1+ year experience) SD, MM, PP modules

  • Experience of ERP and IT implementation projects

  • Practical end user technical support and network troubleshooting experience

  • Strong trouble-shooting skills

  • Business Analysis & Design

Special Skills/Equipment:

Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Must have excellent command of medical language so as to act as a resource to medical transcription employees.
Must have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to respond to requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Ability to read, hear, and verbally communicate in English to the degree required to supervise personnel, and communicate with department Directors, Administration, and Physicians both orally and in written form.
Must be able to enlist cooperation and build consensus in environments that are resistant to change.

The Integration Analyst will join enterprise-wide and cross-functional teams defining and developing trade control programs globally as well as Boeing's growing Global 2025 objectives Responsibilities: * Investigate and perform root cause analysis on complex compliance and logistics initiatives and recommend best practice solutions relating to transportation and logistics practices, processes and procedures. * Support, investigate and advocate incidents that may lead Matters Under Review (MUR) involving TWL - Identify, develop and implement corrective measures that effect comprehensive enterprise improvements * Assimilate information and analyze data to make strategic and operational decisions and recommendations.
