We are hiring an ERP analyst for our client in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.

This is a permanent position and an excellent opportunity to be in on the ground floor of an Oracle Cloud HCM global implementation.

Job Duties

  1. Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the Oracle Cloud and Taleo Recruiting applications.
  2. Perform Oracle administrator functions including security maintenance, importing and extracting data, transferring encrypted data, configuration between Taleo and Fusion, analytics and reports, and updates.
  3. Troubleshoot production issues to include problem research and analysis and performing steps for resolution.
  4. Document system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures.
  5. Provide pre-and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training.
  6. Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders.

  • Strong aptitude understands modern applications

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Accounting or Computer science with education in Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain, Operations, or related
  • At least 1-3 years experience with any ERP software (Oracle, Workday, Ceridian, Infor etc.)
  • Experience in Human Resources related domains (i.e.: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting) is a plus but not required
