The Erie Environmental Health and Safety Site Leader will provide leadership, strategic guidance, technical expertise and support all EHS activities for the Erie Manufacturing Site.
Provide direct oversight to the Erie EHS site team and work with plant leaders to develop and train all personnel on EHS
Develop a team to align & harmonize the safety culture.
Lead site risk assessments and oversee the implementation of mitigation measures.
Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with OSHA rules & regulations and ensure site is also compliant with EHS standards & procedures
Effectively lead incident investigations and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
Develop and implement work processes to address evolving safety programs focused on prevention of injuries.
Run the Safety Coordinator Program with hourly associates.
Experience in heavy manufacturing environments
Demonstrated leadership ability
Working knowledge of environmental regulations
Working knowledge of industrial hygiene methodologies
