Job Overview
Under general supervision, ensures the effective operation and improvement of our equity plans. Oversees the day-to-day administration of our equity plans and systems including all equity transactions, e.g., settlements and releases, etc. Responsible for accurate record-keeping, reporting, process documentation, compliance, and reconciliation or equity plans.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain internal controls to safeguard the integrity of equity data
Process new equity awards and manage all employee communication needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Legal, Finance and Payroll
Manage and monitor executive equity ownership guideline achievement.
Partner with Finance and executive compensation programs, budget, tax and accounting issues
Partner with Legal and SEC reporting, such as providing data for Form 4 filings pursuant to LTIP awards for Section 16 officers and directors
Analyze executive compensation programs using a variety of tools and resources
Responsible for creating and providing informative analysis, materials and support to the Compensation Committee of the Board for all meetings
Provide related compensation support for the organization as needed, ad hoc reports and analyses, special projects, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in human resources management, finance, accounting, data analytics, business administration or similar.
3 to 5 years of compensation experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable and proficient with team projects, iterative processes and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Etrade Stock Administration Solution
Experience working with HRIS systems strongly preferred
International and/or Oil and Gas compensation experience is a plus
