We're seeking someone to join our team as an Equity Client Service Group Associate to manage a selection of client accounts dealing with Global Equity based products.

This is an Associate level position within the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Help identify risk and impact to relevant coverage area to prioritize areas of focus

  • Execute and lead aspects of assurance activities (e.g., audits, continuous monitoring, closure verification) to assess risk and formulate a view on the control environment

  • Facilitate conversations with stakeholders on risks, their impact and how well they are managed in a clear, timely and structured manner

  • Assist in managing multiple deliverables in line with team priorities

  • Solicit and provide feedback and participate in formal and on-the-job training to further develop self and peers

  • The team work to make sure the trades are booked promptly and confirmations are accurate.

  • As the first point of contact for the client and sales desk it is important that we build good relationships and provide an excellent level of client service.

  • The team acts as the escalation and control group, dealing with any complex, risk and ad-hoc issues regarding settlement of trades. #LI-JO1

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

  • Understanding of business line and key regulations relevant to coverage area

  • Strong understanding of audit principles, methodology, tools, and processes (e.g., risk assessments, planning, testing, reporting and continuous monitoring)

  • Ability to identify and analyze multiple data sources to inform point of view

  • Ability to ask meaningful questions, understand various viewpoints and adapt messaging accordingly

  • A commitment to practicing inclusive behaviors

  • Superior aptitude to understand, utilize, and improve technology platforms

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced multi tasking environment

Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
