In this role you have opportunity to
Dismantle systems for parts from purchased systems in a way that promotes quality. The position will be required to properly identify, remove, and/or visually inspect and process harvested parts for finished goods inventory (FGINV) or for work in progress (WIP) inventory. The position will require basic computer skills and general use of hand tools and some power/air tools.
Familiar with the operation of different maintenance processes, the way in which the maintenance activities for machines and physical assets are performed, and the method of setting and adjusting the processes. Responsible for the improvement of all the physical assets (machinery/equipment's) in yields, efficiency, quality and logistics performance by executing in-time maintenance, making a guaranteed stable production possible.
You are responsible for
To translate the Supply's Mission and vision into own departmental strategy plans. Take accountability for both technical and organizational developments related to own work area.
Creates technical conditions such that the production process is not disrupted.
Responsible for Cost Control, proper Asset Utilization, Spare part control, Environment- health & safety control and formulating SAFE policy regarding M&AM(SAFE)
Brings knowledge and experience, and gives guidance to the working groups co- develop , innovate and improve maintenance tools and processes for optimizing the long term .
Ensure that daily production progress goals are met.
Performs non-repetitive assignments, and decides on the method and sequence of work.
Operates relatively autonomous within procedures, methods and techniques. Information on assignments is not always complete and leaves some scope for own interpretation;
Makes own choice of approach and chooses from known solutions based upon technical knowledge. The existing procedures give direction on critical points and indicate a processing sequence.
Duration of assignments vary from a few days to a week. Completes work with some degree of supervision.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimally an Associate's degree or relevant experience in maintenance field
Minimum of 1+ years of experience
Salesforce Knowledge of demand planning, inventory planning, medical devices, and Salesforce platforms a plus, but will also be trained in these subjects.
Mechanical skills and be willing to train to increase their skills and knowledge of the imaging systems.
Must be detail-oriented and organized to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and to manage their time wisely.
Must follow directions and show respect to others working around them.
Need to have an ability to identify parts using multiple references including, but not limited to OEM manuals, schematics, etc
Experience in healthcare related imaging products a plus
