Equipment Service Associate

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Refurbish refill equipment by company procedures and standards within a light manufacturing environment.

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair various models of refill equipment.

• Conduct operational checks and sanitize equipment as required.

• Collaborate effectively in a team environment, emphasizing urgency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain good manufacturing practices.

• Utilize problem-solving skills to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Refer to technical manuals for repair support and complete documentation and record-keeping duties.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the manufacturing area.

• Perform basic refurbishment tasks including disassembly, assembly, cleaning, sanitization, and quality assurance.

• Actively participate in team huddles to support performance objectives and goals.

Qualifications:

• Desired skills in electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

• Ability to effectively use provided tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Physically capable of safely lifting up to 75 pounds and performing frequent bending, stooping, and standing.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on quality and safety.

• Forklift experience preferred.
