The Equipment Sales Specialist will drive equipment, technical and Benco services sales by partnering with regional teammates to ensure customer satisfaction; solicit new business through personal efforts and referrals from territory representatives; enhance personal skills in product and services focus areas; develop healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates.

The Role We Are Looking To Fill:

  • Make regular face-to-face sales calls, and lead sales activities with assigned customers, partnering with them to build long-term relationships.

  • Identify business needs of clients, and leverage Bencos offering to assist them with a customer-first mantra.

  • Use computer systems to track opportunities, update customer records, and record sales activity.

  • Engage in continuous education and learning, expected to be well versed on Bencos product offering and up-to-date on the dental industry.

  • Partners with internal designers to offer office design services to prospective customers, evaluates plans and blueprints, takes measurements of facilities.

  • Facilitates customer satisfaction within our equipment sales process including preparing and presenting quotes, documenting signed agreements, collecting deposits, and attending equipment installations.

  • Leads equipment sales process by collaborating with assigned territory representatives to prospect for business and close sales.

  • Present advanced technology solutions to customers, including performing customer demos.

  • Participate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events and sales training as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.

  • Ability and willingness to learn and sell advanced technology solutions.

  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision.

  • Effective time management & organization capabilities with a focus on delivering superb customer experience.

  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily as well as limited overnight travel.

CBIZ has an IMAC Specialist position available in our St. Louis, MO office. This position provides Installation, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) coordination and support to Edward Jones branch offices. Essential Functions: * Coordinate multiple vendors and manage multiple activities while ensuring the highest level of service and quality. * Coordinate and process the installation of circuit upgrades and fallouts. * Coordinate and track the installation, removal and movement of additional phone lines and electronic equipment including, terminals, additional monitors, fax machines and printers in existing branch offices. * Place orders for additional phone services and features with the local phone companies. * Coordinate and track the installation of phone lines, data circuits, equipment and furniture into new or moving branch offices. * Manage the installation and disconnect of branch office data circuits. * Manage relationships with various vendors, Edward Jones and CBIZ departments to ensure successful completion of branch related activities. * Place all IGBN circuit orders and disconnects. * Order all IGBN pre-qualified site surveys. Qualifications: * Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or equivalent work experience. * One to two years of technical related and/or project management experience * Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office Suites * Basic knowledge of branch office hardware, software and operating systems * Must have strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills * Must have strong basic Math aptitude * Ability to prioritize multiple projects and capable of meeting deadlines * Very strong customer service delivery * Strong verbal and written skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to analyze data, interpret results and seek solutions * Self-motivated and able to function with minimal supervision * Task-oriented and focused on resolving issues. * Effective working on a team or individually. * Strong customer service skills including the ability to deal with issues diplomatically and patiently. * Strong interpersonal skills.
