The Equipment Operator position is critical as we build better communities by suppling better products.

Here are some of the things you will do:

• Operate heavy equipment, specifically grader, track hoe, backhoe, loader or skid steer, efficiently, and safely.

• Excavate trenches, load trucks, grade sidewalks and building pads.

• Direct and teach laborers.

• Greases, oils, and perform minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools.

We want all our employees to grow with us and are excited to give you opportunities to grow your skill level and try new things. Additionally, we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience running a loader, dozer, or trackhoe

• Ability to read plans and gradestakes

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

• Ability to work long hours and move at least 50 lbs.

• Regular exposure to the elements

• Strong work ethic
