A partner of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their fast-growing team. They will be responsible for performing crucial tasks related to the maintenance and functionality of highly technical electromechanical semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Work closely with other engineers, technicians, operators, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve process issues. Required Skills & Experience Associate's degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) 4 years of experience in automated manufacturing equipment maintenance and support Experience with implementing or sustaining an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO-9001 or equivalent is desirable Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience in photovoltaics or other semiconductor manufacturing Experience with implementing or sustaining lean manufacturing practices Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
