Supervises and guides corrective and preventive maintenance on a 2-2-3, 12 hour shift rotation shift in an ISO compliant, semiconductor fabrication cleanroom
Maintains employee training records and assigns technical development areas for technicians
Participates in the maintenance effort as a coach and leader
Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimal cost
Acts as liaison with engineering, process, production, and other personnel
Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the shift
Supervises equipment technicians- owns administrative, development and coaching responsibilities for all of their employees
Associates degree in an electronic related field or military experience preferred
5+ years of semiconductor experience is preferred
Demonstrated skill and success in supervising in a high-tech environment strongly desired
Candidate must possess excellent organizational, communicative, and technical skills
Position requires someone who is self-motivated, team oriented, adaptive, and responsive
Excellent management skills and experience coaching direct employees for success
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows-based software is preferred
Experience with concept and practices of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing
Versatility and ability to work on multiple tasks
