A manufacturing equipment lead's primary duty is to oversee production activities in a specific room(s) and perform a variety of operational tasks in accordance with current GMP's

Catalent's Bloomington location provides drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to help patients live better, healthier lives

This position will contribute to the Patient First philosophy by improving the overall quality of our products and providing direct linkage to improving outcomes for patients.

The Role

  • Follow accurately all GMP documents (Batch records, SOPs, protocol)

  • Operate in a clean room environment within required gowning

  • Communicate pertinent and timely information

  • Ensure quality, safety and output are met

  • Work with Value Stream Supervisor to maintain efficiency and implement continuous improvement processes

The Candidate

  • High School/GED with 3+ years manufacturing or leadership experience OR
  • Associates degree with 1+ year manufacturing or leadership experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree
  • GMP Experience preferred

Start here Position Summary: A Production Analyst's primary duty is to support an assigned production area regarding process control, including data collection and metric reporting. The area supported by this role will be in the expansion area in Building 'C' This is a full-time position. It is an hourly, first shift role. The Role: * Collecting and/or entering departmental data regarding the performance of people, processes, and equipment * Organizing and/or creating visual representations (spreadsheets, reports, slide shows, etc.) of data * Reviewing and approving GMP documentations * Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, making adjustments to plans, improving quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes * Implementing changes and managing visual communications.
