Equipment Engineer Department: Equipment Location: Wilmer, TX Job Responsibilities: • Supervise the business work of equipment engineers, improving work quality and ensuring the efficient operation of various tasks such as production, quality, repair, and maintenance costs.

Establish and operate the management system of the Equipment Department, optimize the departmental rules and regulations, and supervise their implementation. Improve equipment operation efficiency, participate in the evaluation of new projects in the company, evaluate and implement significant improvements to existing equipment, including equipment selection and confirmation and review of technical specifications with suppliers. Organize the implementation of equipment technology upgrading and transformation, continuously optimize equipment operation efficiency, increase production and yield, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and save energy and allocate personnel.

Joining a training program in Southeast Asia and China is mandatory. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:

College’s Degree or above in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer. Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices, equipment reliability, and troubleshooting techniques.

Good project management skills with excellent cross-functional collaboration. Competency in MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
