We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photolithography Equipment Engineer to join our team. As a Photolithography Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of photolithography processes for our innovative semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize photolithography processes and equipment for semiconductor fabrication

  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency

  • Resolve issues related to photolithography equipment

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful integration of photolithography processes/equipment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in photolithography equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Strong knowledge of photolithography equipment and processes

  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Establish and improve process condition and technology.

  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

  • Establish and modify process management projects.

  • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

  • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

  • Abnormal analysis and improvement.
