Reports to: Equestrian Director
FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teaching riding lessons
Organizing, and coaching team practices
Care of team horses and equipment
Organizing in-house horse shows
Traveling with team to IHSA Horse Shows
Must be flexible with work schedule and available to work weekends and evenings when necessary.
Must be able to travel during show season.
Other related duties as assigned.

Ability to use Microsoft Office software to include Word and Excel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to spend a considerable amount of time standing, sitting and/or walking.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to spend a considerable amount of time using their hands to write, handle, control, or feel object.
Employee must be able to work a variety of hours and schedules.
Other physical demands are proximate to comparable professional positions in the public or private sector.
