EPM Office: Senior Consultant
Deloitte's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office is looking for a high performing Senior Consultant on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office supports business leadership across three priority pillars:
Inform - proactively informs our business and strategies with EPM and Independence considerations
Optimize - optimizes revenue and strategic opportunities by efficiently navigating Independence constraints and mitigating multi-disciplinary model conflicts
Influence - ad
The role will support initiatives across these three priority pillars. To execute on these priorities, the individual will need to understand our business landscape (strategy, internal operations, constraints cross-functionally, etc.) and the intersection of Independence. This role will offer a unique opportunity to work across the Deloitte Consulting and cross-functional network in a highly visible and in-demand position.
Establish working relationships across network teams (industry, offering portfolio, technology and innovation, etc.) to understand/support EPM and Marketplace Business Relationships (MBRs) priorities
Develop assets to inform and advise on business strategies
Assist in deal/MBR consultation by documenting business use cases and Independence guardrails
Develop and deploy EPM savvy campaign
Support design and implementation of cross-business modernization efforts
4+ years experience
High performing Senior Consultant with strong communication skills; change management experience a plus
Extraordinary storyboarding capabilities, with an ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise deliverables
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with ability to build connections and networks
Ability to progress multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
Client-service background preferred, with experience implementing integrated programs
