EPM Office: Manager

Deloitte's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office is looking for a high performing Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Description

The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office supports business leadership across three priority pillars:

  • Inform - proactively informs our business and strategies with EPM and Independence considerations

  • Optimize - optimizes revenue and strategic opportunities by efficiently navigating Independence constraints and mitigating multi-disciplinary model conflicts

  • Influence - advocates for advisory businesses while working cross-functionally and challenges our traditional thinking as we move to a "One Business" mindset (Audit, Consulting, ICN, DTTL, etc.)

The role will support initiatives across these three priority pillars. To execute on these priorities, the individual will need to understand our business landscape (strategy, internal operations, constraints cross-functionally, etc.) and the intersection of Independence. This role will offer a unique opportunity to work across the Deloitte Consulting and cross-functional network in a highly visible and in-demand position.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish working relationships across network teams (industry, offering portfolio, technology and innovation, etc.) to understand/support EPM and emerging business model priorities

  • Inform and advise Ecosystems and Alliances, Platforms and Innovation, and DC Strategy of EPM considerations

  • Assist and co-lead emerging business model consultations with an objective of optimizing business potential and mitigating conflict/independence risk

  • Develop and support strategic EPM analyses for executive leadership

  • Enable implementation of green-dot Enterprise Portfolio Management in U.S., including operationalization and strategic project initiatives

Key Capabilities:

  • High performing Manager with strong business understanding and analytical skills

  • Extraordinary storyboarding capabilities, with an ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise deliverables for executive leadership

  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with ability to build connections and networks

  • Ability to proactively progress multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Client-service background preferred, with experience implementing integrated programs

  • More than 6 years' experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.*
