Key Responsibilities

  • Works with clinical and Epic teams to analyze processes and workflows.

  • Develops analytics solutions within the enterprise data warehouse and reporting systems.

  • Responsible for lighter-weight analysis as needed, including validation, as well as learning applications and support processes as determined appropriate.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Healthcare or related field required.

  • SQL experience required.

  • Workbench, dashboard or registry experience required.

Responsibilities Lilly USA IT plays an exciting role in delivering solutions and services across the US Bio-Medicines, US Diabetes and US Oncology organizations of Eli Lilly. You will partner with many diverse groups including: IT data integration consultants, business partners, field sales representatives and external partners to build and deliver Business Intelligence and data warehousing solutions. You will be a key member of a team that processes and integrates data across diverse platforms and visualizes this data for our US based field sales force. Key Responsibilities: * Develop Tableau reporting solutions to be used by the US Sales force that lead to actionable insight * Design, build and maintain data marts on the high performance Netezza/PureData platform * Operational support of the production Business Intelligence and data marts * Master business processes and data used by business our business partners * Develop and participate in proof of concepts of new technologies * Responsible for the solution system performance and user experience (UX/UI) * Develop technical requirements and solution designs * Responsible for system testing, ensuring effective resolution of defects * Stay abreast of tools and technologies to deliver the best solutions to business * Familiar with the technical architecture associated with databases and analytics environments * Expertise with ETL and Business Intelligence tools * A high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, and innovation interest * Strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills * Solid background in Information Technology with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and business processes 47368BR Basic Qualifications * Bachelor Degree * 2+ years experience in Information Technology * Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
