About the Job

Bring your bachelor's degree in a related field, (or 8 years of clinical, healthcare operations information technology or health information technology experience) to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. We are one of the world's premier health care organizations, pioneering innovative treatments and highly specialized surgery utilizing cutting edge technology and as we grow, we have a need for EHR Applications Analysts like you.

When you join our team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing and recommending changes in support of assigned applications/systems including ongoing production maintenance and trouble-shooting, as well as:

  • Supporting the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems

  • Lead and/or coordinate conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures

  • Participate and provide input in training design and development and assist in training execution in relation to assigned projects.

  • Provide go-live support and serve as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and troubleshooting

In addition to your experience, you must:

  • Have the ability to multi-task

  • Be a self-starter and motivator

  • Have excellent problem solving and written and oral communication skills

  • Have a proven track record of producing quality deliverables on time, taking ownership and accountability of assignments and demonstrating a strong work ethic

  • Be willing to address issues and take ownership, knowing when and how to escalate issues

  • Have knowledge of process redesign

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Know HL7 coding standards

VIEW JOBS 10/5/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-03T00:00 The Engineering Product Integrity (EPI) Department is looking for an individual to contribute to the fast paced Mechanical Engineering Directorate (MED). MED provides engineering design, integration, and production to a wide range of hardware in Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems (IDS). EPI defines, establishes, and leads our hardware engineering environment within MED. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven problem solving and critical thinking skills, and excellent attention to detail. Bring your experience, talent and leadership to Raytheon's IDS Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) team. Configuration Management is a discipline within EPI responsible for product configuration and analysis, and is actively engaged in all phases of program execution from start-up through contract closeout. The CM role works closely with program execution and engineering teams to manage the technical baseline. Tasking in this role will include the use of CM tools for configuration identification, configuration control, and product release and delivery. The Data Management (DM) discipline ensures the Contract Data Requirement List / Subcontract Data Requirement List (CDRL/SDRL) requirements are identified, recorded, assigned to appropriate disciplines, and tracked in accordance with company and DoD policy. Additional, responsibilities include: * Establish and maintain program CM systems * Release and manage configuration baselines * Execute and continuously improve all process steps required to maintain product baselines * Interface with cross functional business teams to provide solutions to a variety of technical challenges * Coordinate and lead Configuration/Change Control Boards (CCBs) * Support bids and proposal activities as required Required Skills: * Minimum 2 years of related experience in data management or configuration management * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Proficient in use and administration of Windchill PDM Desired Skills: * Self-Starter, willing to learn new tools and work with a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines * Ability to pro-actively interface with team members * Experience working in a Engineering team environment, interfacing with Hardware, Systems or Test Engineers * Understands principles, standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard * Demonstrated ability to support multiple ongoing projects and parallel release activities * Strong oral and written communication skills * EVMS Certified * BOE Certified Required Education (including Major): * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent combination of related experience and education (each two years of related experience can substitute for one year of education).
