Job Description:

Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) is seeking an Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) analyst and systems engineer to provide system level requirements flow down, optics and detector subsystems requirement generation, hardware architecture development, EO/IR system performance analysis, and hands-on systems integration and test for airborne EO/IR surveillance and targeting sensor development and production programs. This position is responsible for directly working on teams developing, integrating, testing, and producing airborne turreted and pod-based targeting and surveillance sensor systems. The EO/IR analyst will be responsible for translating systems level requirements into hardware requirements, modeling system performance, supporting hardware design, providing software and processing requirements guidance, supporting system verification/validation testing, interfacing with the customer to define system requirements and concepts of operation, and system level troubleshooting at test sites as well as in the product line factory. The EO/IR analyst is expected to work within multi-disciplinary integrated product teams (IPTs) across the product line to ensure collaboration and efficiency in product development.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years airborne sensing hardware design and/or systems engineering in a development and production organization.

  • Experience with laboratory test, flight test, and qualification, of airborne EO/IR sensing systems

  • Experience leading derivation of component and product requirements from system level requirements

  • Demonstrated successful participation on multi-disciplinary engineering teams

  • Willingness to travel periodically in support of offsite testing

  • Strong technical writing and oral communication skills, experience interfacing with customer technical and program leadership personnel

  • Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance, with a recent (<= 6="" years)="">

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to access to US only data systems

  • This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with optical system performance measurement analysis

  • Experience with production of airborne sensing systems and/or major subsystems

  • Experience with mission system requirements and architecture development

  • Experience with System Integrity compliant processing architectures and methods

  • Experience with formal systems and/or software architecture methods

  • Experience with involvement (or leading) of customer witnessed tests

  • Experience analyzing airborne sensor requirements for development of qualification test plans.

  • Experience with EO/IR laboratory and factory test systems development.

  • Experience with small engineering team leadership.

Required Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Optics Focus), or Physics (Optics Focus)

Desired Education: M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or Computer Engineering.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

The Loan Review Analyst is responsible for performing internal loan reviews on assigned bank credits identified in Loan Review Department's scheduled internal audits. The loan review function provides the bank with an independent assessment of asset quality and credit risk for all segments of the loan portfolio and monitoring supplements that function. Responsibilities * Complete reviews of credit relationships to validate accuracy of risk ratings, borrower's ability to repay, adequacy of documentation as well as collateral valuation and perfection * Evaluate and monitor credit quality in order to identify specific deficiencies for individual borrowers * Identify deviations from banking regulations, loan standards and loan policy * Identify potential or existing systemic deficiencies which may adversely affect bank profitability and recommend policy/procedural changes to Management to prevent and/or correct deficiencies identified during the Loan Review process * Assist in maintaining the integrity of risk management functions by ensuring acceptable credit standards are maintained * Keep abreast with current and emerging lending concerns and maintain a working knowledge of lending risk management practices * Other job related duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study required (Finance/Accounting/Economics) * 3+ years credit experience required: loan review officer, regulatory examiner, or senior credit/financial analyst * Strong analytical skills; formal bank credit training and/or credit/loan review certification preferred * Proven experience working in a team environment; motivated self-starter and an active learner * Familiarity with banking laws and regulatory guidance, GAAP * Strong project management and leadership skills; management/supervisory experience preferred * Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
