EOC Business Affairs Manager (EOC HEA) - BEOC
POSITION DETAILS
The State University of New York, Brooklyn Educational Opportunity Center, administered by New York City College of Technology/CUNY, provides tuition free academic and workforce development training to eligible New York State residents, providing a pathway to lifelong learning, college access and economic self-sufficiency.
Under general supervision, the Business Affairs Manager, as deputy to the Director of Business Affairs, assumes responsibility for fiscal matters for the Brooklyn Educational Opportunity Center as follows. As required, the Business Affairs Manager will also oversee service in administrative areas, including facilities and security.
The duties of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Flexible schedule is required: may include day, evening and weekend hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.

Reporting to the Executive Director or designee, manages the operations and daily workflow of an Educational Opportunity Center (EOC).
Manages various aspects of EOC administrative operations such as facilities and technology.
Develops and implements operational policies and procedures.
Assesses functions to support senior management decision-making; creates solutions to increase efficiency and productivity; and utilizes metrics to monitor and evaluate performance.
Manages vendor relationships; ensures contract compliance.
Assists with budget management.
Collects, analyzes and reports on operations and outcomes.
May participate in funding, marketing and/or outreach activities.
May supervise staff.
Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$67,784 to $86,645. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
