This temporary position is located in Elizabeth, NC - Pasquotank County.

Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.50 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Environmental Quality. This position is located at 100 Kitty Hawk Lane,  Elizabeth, NC 27909.

This  incumbent will assist the program biologist in the NC Alosine Management Program. Duties include collecting, compiling, recording biological data, use sampling gear including gill nets and beach seines, operate/maintain boats and trailers.NOTE:

 Qualified applicants must meet and CLEARLY reflect on their application training and experience and all knowledge, skills, abilities, and any experience or competencies specified in the posting and/or supplemental question(s) to be considered. • Experience with biological sampling

• Experience maintaining sampling gear and/or equipment

• Experience with data management.
