THE JOB:

As an EVS Utility Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned areas in the Casino and public areas. You will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responds to and resolves guest challenges in a timely manner and creatively solves problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties

• Vacuums entire assigned stations, moving chairs and other objects to ensure thorough cleaning

• Removes trash, replaces missing ashtrays, and wipes out and cleans all ashtrays and trash cans

• Cleans and dusts slot machines, including areas between machines, doors, and woodwork

• Cleans up biohazard areas, drink spills and removes scuffmarks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Takes pride in their work

• Knowledgeable of the Health and Safety regulations

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Experience with professional cleaning equipment

THE PAY, PERKS & BENEFITS:
