Environmental Services Laundry Technician - Part Time Days

Position: Laundry Technician

Department: Environmental Services

Shift: Days

FTE: 48 hours per two-week pay period

The Environmental Services (EVS) Laundry Technician assists in providing clean linen to all areas of the facility and assists in the maintenance of a neat and sanitary physical environment. Will also assist with the processing of linens, as well as performing additional laundry services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Position requires self-motivation, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and ability to work independently as a team player.

• Ability to navigate through basic computer systems.

• Ability to show empathy and compassion to our patients/residents.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet the physical job requirements of this role.

Schedule

This part time position is scheduled day hours (rotating start time of either 4:30AM-1PM or 5:30AM-2PM) also working an every other Saturday and participates in our holiday rotation.
