Environmental Services (Evs Housekeeping) - 2Nd Shift

City Wide Facility Solutions, a sales and management company in the building maintenance industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a housekeeper 2nd shift. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the environmental service operations at our client facilities in Newton, KS. This includes ensuring quality service delivery and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work independently, general housekeeping for the facility.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Conduct regular inspections of client facilities to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
• Create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and prepare timely reports on service activities

Requirements

• Must be able to work 2nd shift, starting at 5:00pm

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the environmental services industry
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
