Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Operations Manager for Doylestown Hospital to oversee the housekeeping team. Doylestown Health is a 271 bed acute care hospital located in Doylestown PA. The successful candidate will work a 1st shift (6:30am-3:00pm) managing a team of 30 with some weekends and holidays as business needs dictate. Overall will manage daily interaction, weekly huddles and meetings. Prior Environmental Service Management experience in a health care/hospital environment would be helpful. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time, in a fast paced environment.

A leader in compassionate, quality care, this role will oversee a team of 30 and functions as part of a team of Environmental Service leaders. This manager will support floor care projects, payroll, and lead the team in engagement.

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
• effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

• have experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a health care housekeeping system;
• are results and safety driven;
• have in-depth knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures;
• have experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, state and Joint Commission standards;
• have 2-3 years previous custodial / housekeeping or similar management experience., in a hospital, health care experience preferred but not required;
• are proficient with computers and other technology
