Sodexo is seeking a full time Environmental Services Manager for UNC Hospitals in Lumberton, North Carolina which is a 450 plus bed hospital. This role will oversee a team of 25, working a rotating weekend shift. This manager will balance the oversight of both 2nd shift (2:30p to 12a) and 3rd shift (11:30p to 7a) and have a presence throughout the week. This role will support floor care projects, waste removal, housekeeping, and lead the team in engagement. Looking for a manager who is ambitious and willing to learn Sodexo Systems and procedures. Preferred candidates will have experience in Environmental Services/or Hotels housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, and excellent customer service skills. Sodexo is seeking a true self-starter with a focus on service excellence.

The Custodial Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Driving Patient Satisfaction Scores and attaining KPI results monthly, quarterly and Yearly;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff for all areas of the operation;
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
