This position involves complex project and risk management including technical (environmental), financial, contractual, legal, and regulatory drivers.Location: Loveland, COSpecific responsibilities will include: * Working collaboratively within the Nutrien Remediation group to facilitate efficient and high-quality project delivery across a diverse portfolio of environmental remediation projects. * Project management tasks including financial management, decision making on the direction of the projects, contractor management, and the development of regulatory relationships. * Managing multiple vendor team relationships.Skills:*
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and demonstrated ability to influence. * Supporting and / or leading multi-discipline environmental projects at a variety of currently operating and historically operated locations. * Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear results / goal orientation. * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles. * Maintaining applicable elements of compliance for work at various sites. * Establishing and maintaining a commitment-based safety culture on the projects. * Developing and maintaining a cooperative and efficient relationship with stakeholders. * Collaborating with teammates at other locations in North America to ensure best practices are utilized and efficiencies are recognized. * Staying aware of industry best practice technologies, and regulatory changes and trends.Qualifications of the position include:* A minimum of 7 years of experience with a strong emphasis in remediation and inorganic constituents of concern. * Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality. * Demonstrated experience managing environmental investigation and remediation work. * Experience in leading team (contractors), interacting with regulators, project financial, and schedule management. * Solid understanding of federal and state remedial processes and requirements.Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range $98,400 - $135,300. The salary range is for an Environmental Remediation Mgr located in Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
